These terms apply when you use the TorReader PDF application, the torreader.cloud website, or a B&B Creations account. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. The application
TorReader PDF is free to download and use, including for commercial work. You may install it on as many computers as you like and you may pass the installer on to others unchanged.
You may not remove or alter the product's branding and then distribute it as your own, and you may not use the software for anything unlawful.
2. Your account
You need an account only for the parts of our service that require one. When you create one:
- Give a real email address you control, and keep your password to yourself
- You are responsible for what happens under your account
- One account is for one person. Do not share logins
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account
Your account is a single B&B Creations account and may be used with our other products. Closing it closes your access to all of them.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our services; do not use them to store or distribute unlawful material; and do not create accounts automatically or in bulk.
4. Your documents stay yours
You keep all rights to the files you open, create, or edit. We claim no ownership of your content and we do not access it. See our Privacy Policy for the one optional feature that sends selected text to a third party.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but we do not promise it will always be available. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue something you paid for, we will tell you in advance.
The installed application keeps working on your computer whether or not our servers are reachable.
6. No warranty
The software and services are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software is free of errors or that it will suit a particular purpose. Always keep your own backups of important documents.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, B&B Creations is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or lost profits arising from your use of the software or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending your use
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and if the change is significant and you have an account, we will email you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
